What is the perfect car like?

Is it the most comfortable, fast, fuel-efficient, safe car out there? Does it have ergonomic cup-holders? Does it show you the driveway on a screen so you don’t have to crane your neck? Does it distract the kids so that you’re not hearing that “Are we there yet?” mantra we all know so well? Does it have sexy rims to impress the ladies? Or better yet, hydraulics?!

Here are a list of cars that made it to the list this year in their own category according to Kelley Blue Book:

The 2011 Audi A5 was voted first in the Best Retail Value category. It won based on its high functionality, great style, its sports car look and sports car drive. The A5 accelerated like you want it to and is easy to maneuver.

What counts as cool is usually subjective, but this list gave cool substance. Coming in number 1 is the category of 10 Coolest Cars under $18,000 is the 2012 Fiat 500. This compact car has been determined to be both comfortable and extremely well-built and spacious, especially considering it is seven inches shorter than a Mini Cooper. It also has the handling of a sports car,  very impressive fuel economy and manual transmission.

Under Top 10 Most Comfortable Cars for under $30,000, the 2012 Buick Lacross took first place. This car is equipped with the QuietTuning system which works on mitigating, stopping and absorbing any noise created inside the car, making your ride more peaceful. In addition, the car has calming pale blue lights and is very spacious.

There are a lot of large cars big enough for mom, dad, the kids and the dog. But the car to make the cut for the Best Family Car of 2011 is the 2011 Chevrolet Suburban. And its not the first time its made the list. This car can seat up to 9 people (that means nuclear family plus both sets of grandparents and both dogs!) Where else would you take everyone but to a camping trip: this car can tow up up to 9,600 pounds and you can fit 45.8 cubic feet of camping gear in the back.
