Being in this business for quite some time… we know that the answer is always a firm “yes”. We are yet to hear from either the customers we deal with or innocent bystanders in the repair shops across the country that they WANT to wait for the repairs to be completed. Usually, folks have ”get-in & get-out” attitude.

One way to solve the “waiting inconvenience” problem is to make waiting fun. That’s right. Fun! An entrepreneur in Tampa Florida, Charles Calise, added a little spice to the waiting area with:

• Business center with Internet equipped Dekstops, laptop holders, WiFi, color printer and HDTV
• Kids area with Disney Channel HDTV, coloring toys, video games and old-fashioned games
• Free coffee, tea, juice and snacks
